A quick and easy to make Vegetarian Fried rice with mushroom balls, veg stewed lamb chunks, peas, corn, capsicum mixed with soy sauce.

- Cook rice or if you have some left over from the previous night use that
- Cut the mushroom balls into quarters
- Heat a wok and add oil
- Add the Veg Stewed Lamb Chunks to the wok and fry until brown
- Add mushroom balls
- Add 1 cup of Peas, Corn and Capsicum
- Add rice and stir fry
- Add Soy Sauce and stir until the sauce is all mixed with the rice
