- Drained Vegan Tuna
- 4 tbsp
- Veganise
- 2 slice
- Vegan Cheese
- 4 slice
- Multigrain Bread
- 4 slice
- Cucumbers
- 2 slice
- Tomatoes
- Drain the tuna in a strainer in the sink
- Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes
- Mix the vegan tuna with Vegenaise, salt and pepper
- Spread tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread.
- Layer the cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes
- Top with remaining bread slices and use sandwich press to toast
