A quick and easy Italian Vegan dish. The Spaghetti Vegan Meatballs

- Boil a pot of water and add 2 tbsp of salt in the water
- Place spaghetti in the boiling water
- Slice the mushrooms into small pieces
- Saute chopped mushrooms with olive oil
- When golden brown take out and let it cool
- Mix the mushroom with Funky Field Mince and make mini vegan meat balls
- Pan fry the vegan meat balls
- When vegan meat ball is cooked, pour 600g Passatta into the pan and add 1/2 cup of water from the pot
- Stir and add 3 tspn of Italian mixed herbs
- Check spaghetti whether it is el-dente then drain the spaghetti when ready
- Add spaghetti into the pan with vegan meat balls and passatta
- Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and vegetarian seasoning
