Terra Paella Pan 40cm

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $150+ – Terra Paella Pans

Care & Use:
Your Terra paella pan requires little care and maintenance, however it is essential to preserve the surface to protect from oxidization.

Thoroughly clean pan in hot, soapy water with a nylon scourer to remove the protective lacquer coating.

Smear 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over the inside of the pan.

Place pan on medium heat. Using paper towel, evenly distribute the oil over the cooking surface. Allow to heat for approximate 10 minutes. The paper towel and pan will blacken as you do this.

CAUTION: THE PAN WILL BE HOT – HANDLE WITH CARE.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 three times, allowing the pan to cool between each step.

When finished, your pan is then seasoned and ready for first use.

Cleaning:
Wash in hot water only. Remove burned and baked on food by soaking in water and rubbing with sponge. If you use soap to clean your paella pan, or your scrub away burned on food, simply follow the initial seasoning instructions to renew the protective seasoned finish. After each use, once clean and dry, apply a thin film of cooking oil to prevent oxidization during storage. The paella pan will discolour overtime with use. Rusted paella pans will not be recognised as a fault and cannot be returned as faulty merchandise. Not suitable for ceramic, halogen or induction stove tops.html_special_charsstip_tags
