I recently had a new Vegetarian Malaysian dish. It’s called Mee Rebus and it’s one of those popular dishes you will find in Malaysia and was cooked by my mother in law Wendy. The Vegetarian version has the yellow noodles served in a thick spicy potato-based soup with lettuce, tofu and a fried vegetable patty.
My kids also had a treat and were served fried chips with tomato sauce, fried vegetable patty, rice with black eyed beans and avocado. We were all happy and satisfied.
