Description: This is a vegan but otherwise very traditional creamy aioli loaded with garlic and lemon juice. (They’ve left out the eggs, but somehow we don’t think you’ll miss them!) It has an intensely tangy flavour that you’ll find just as delicious on burgers and sandwiches as well as in classical Mediterranean cuisine.
